Mrs Maureen Okoro – Sokoh is the Managing Director/CEO of Estymol and has over 20 years’ experience. Prior to setting up the company, she was the Head Corporate Services and Human Capital Management (HCM) for Oando Marketing Limited (Nigeria and West Africa), Nigeria’s foremost downstream Oil Marketing Company headquartered in Lagos and now Nigeria’s largest energy group.

An accomplished HR professional with vast generalist experience gained within the Oil and Gas sector with Recruitment & Selection, and Employee/Industrial Relations as Core Competencies. A skillful negotiator with a track record of interaction with strong unions in the Oil Industry. She is also an excellent communicator, with respect for confidentiality and a good team player with a customer focus.

Rev Maureen’s greatest strengths include her positive approach to challenges, consistent quality work output, human capital expertise and strong research abilities. Some of her distinguished qualities include her matured disposition, personal drive and motivation, integrity, professionalism and trustworthiness. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin.
