King Chu felicitates Senate President, senator Godswill Akpabio, Former governor of Sokoto state, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, Senator Barry Mpigi and others on their inauguration to the 10th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

His Royal Highness, King Dr Appolus Chu, OFR, Oneh Eh Nchia the 10th & Egbere Emere Okori of Eleme Kingdom congratulated the senators during the inaugural ceremony in Abuja.

He also visited the former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Idris Wase.

Other engagements of King Chu in Abuja were the meeting with the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Senator George Akume, CON which was held at SGF’s office.

While speaking to journalists, King Chu described his meeting with the SGF as fruitful. The meeting was based on the advisory role and input of the traditional rulers and nation-building as well as the possible window for traditional rulers to support the current administration.
