She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Ado-Ekiti and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom. She further expanded her expertise with a professional qualification in Strategic Marketing from the United Kingdom.

Mrs. Adeola is a respected member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK), the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), and the Institute of Directors (IoD). As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Chadash Empowerment Foundation, Mrs. Adeola has devoted herself to improving the lives of vulnerable widows and orphans.
