In Guangzhou, Dr Tijjani signed a strategic partnership to develop the Nigerians in Diaspora Smart City Project—a visionary initiative to build modern, tech-enabled communities that reflect the aspirations of Nigerians abroad.

The project will commence with pilot developments in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Enugu State, driving innovation, diaspora engagement, and national development.
