Mr Adekunle Abdul is the Chief Executive Officer of Metro and Castle Limited, a full service real estate company with a proven track record of delivery in real estate.

He first honed his skills in executive management with over 15 years of downstream oil and gas expertise, as the CEO of Integrated Metroplex Energies Limited, before diversifying into real estate development. He studied General Studies and has a degree in Construction Management at the Community College of Baltimore County in Maryland, USA, with a focus on Cost Control.

He is a visionary operations executive that has spearheaded all stages of real estate development, with a portfolio of over 15 projects with over 80units of commercial and residential real estate in the past and current operations , including planning, acquisition, efficient designing, value engineering, budgeting, procuring, construction, administration and management.

Mr. Abdul is committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance. He also lends himself to numerous philanthropic endeavours, and sits on the Board of numerous organizations.
