Ademola is a thorough and competent robust professional in various aspects of Auditing, Taxation, Management Consulting and Assurance Services.

Prior to joining Rightsource Professional Services, Ademola was the Head of Tax unit Bayo Kehinde & Co. A tax Practitioner and Chartered Accountant firm in Nigeria.

He assisted various organisations to achieve optimal tax efficiency through Tax planning, Tax risk management and corporate restructuring. He is an expert in conflict resolution and works with his clients to resolve complex tax issues.

Ademola has also advised many multinationals in Tax and regulatory implication on various commercial transactions.

He has been involved in all aspect of tax issues including Tax investigation, Tax audit, Desk examination of client, Federal Inland Revenue, State Revenue Services taxes and levies (with Lagos, Ondo, Oyo, Kano, Osun, Kwara and Ogun state as their consultant on Revenue generation)

As a thought leader, Ademola has written several articles on Tax and regulatory matters. He participates in panel discussion on business issues and has facilitated many local and international business. He has also led several Tax advocacy initiatives of major industry associations in Nigeria that has led to significant changes in the Tax regulatory space.

Ademola holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin, Kwara State. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria, Institute of Forensic and Investigative Auditors of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Environmental of Nigeria. Ademola also holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards.

He had attended various courses in Taxation, Audit and Leadership training programme both local and international level like United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and other countries around the globe.

Ademola enjoys touring the various beautiful cities around the world, and golfing amongst other activities he engages in. He is a prestigious member of Ikoyi Club in Nigeria.
