The Christian Women Fellowship International (CWFI), the Women wing of Church of God Mission International, will roll out the drums to celebrate its 50th Anniversary/Convention.

The Anniversary/Convention will hold from August 5 to 11, 2024, at the Church’s Balm of Gilead Chapel in Benin.

No fewer than 2.5 million women were empowered with skills acquisition, interest-free loans and grinding machines in the last 50 years by Archbishop Margaret Idahosa.

A total of 50 orphans and indigent students who are children of members of the church would be awarded scholarships during the anniversary celebration.

CWFI is for every woman across the globe, who loves and wants to serve God. We train the less privileged ones amongst us in skills that will make them self-sufficient.

The CWFI was founded in 1974 and would be celebrating five decades of existence with Archbishop Margaret Idahosa as its President General.

Its main objective is to enhance the spirituality of women, promote their dignity and support them to be gainfully employed.

50 women will be recognized and awarded for their outstanding contributions and service to their impact.
