Building more dynamic CILT Lagos branch, together Mrs AbdulKarim Yusuf


TPl. Soledotun Titilope Abdulkarim-Yusuf, FCILT, has thrown her hat into the ring for chairman of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Nigeria Lagos Branch( CILT) Lagos branch, promising a fresh approach to leadership and a renewed focus on member engagement.

In a statement, Abdulkarim-Yusuf said: “Over the past four years, as your vice chairman, I have had the privilege of working alongside you, learning from you, and understanding the immense potential that resides within our branch.”
Highlighting her 25 years of experience in logistics and transport, she stated that her strong academic background and leadership roles within CILT Nigeria position her to drive membership growth, capacity building, and industry influence.
Abdulkarim-Yusuf outlined her vision for a vibrant, inclusive CILT Lagos branch, committing to membership engagement, training programmes, visibility, partnerships, and member welfare.
Her leadership focuses on collaborative engagement, secretariat renovation, and empowering initiatives.
“I heard you, and that is why I am stepping forward with a fresh, actionable plan to move us from conversation to action,” she said, emphasizing her commitment to inclusive leadership, active engagement, and renewed growth.
With her experience and clear vision, Abdulkarim-Yusuf is poised to lead CILT Lagos branch towards growth, innovation, and excellence in logistics and transport.
“I see a future where every single member feels valued, heard, and empowered to grow,” she said.
