Abuja, Nigeria, Waves Multimedia Studio Media Hub is set to be officially commissioned on Friday, September 4, 2026, in Abuja, marking a significant milestone in the vision of its co-founders, Wale Ademokoya and Amb. Saheed Akanmu, to establish a modern and dynamic media ecosystem.

The commissioning ceremony, scheduled for 2:00 in Wuye, Abuja, will bring together distinguished guests, media professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, public figures and stakeholders from various sectors.

Waves Multimedia Studio Media Hub is designed as a professional environment for podcasting, interviews, digital content production, storytelling and meaningful conversations that connect people, ideas and brands.

Founded by Wale Ademokoya and Amb. Saheed Akanmu, Waves Multimedia is driven by a vision to create a platform where established voices and emerging talents can share their stories, showcase their ideas and connect with wider audiences.

The media hub will also house platforms including Just U Magazine/TV, Arewa Elites, Next Gen Patriots and The Progressive Intellects (TPi), creating an ecosystem that brings together media, culture, leadership, business and social impact.

A major highlight of the ceremony will be the official commissioning by Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi, DG/CEO of the Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development and Dr. Olusola Odumosu, PhD, FCT Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

The launch marks the beginning of a new chapter for Waves Multimedia and its commitment to quality content, professional storytelling, creative collaboration and conversations that inspire positive change.
