Dr. Dikko Umar Radda Ph.D. CON. Governor of Katsina State paid Courtesy Visit Presidential Compressed Natural Gas (PiCNG)

Dr Dikko paid a courtesy visit to the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas (PiCNG) Initiative office in Abuja, where he was warmly received by the Executive Chairman, Barr. Ismaeel Ahmed B, and the DG, Engr. Micheal Oluwagbemi.
Their discussions centered on accelerating clean energy adoption in Katsina State. The Governor highlighted some of their ongoing efforts, including the procurement of CNG-powered city buses and the near completion of Greenville’s CNG facility in Katsina, which will soon make affordable and cleaner energy available to their people.
Katsina is a willing and reliable partner in the national CNG transition agenda. He assured the leadership of PiCNG of their full support and conveyed the goodwill and blessings of the people of Katsina for the success of this unprecedented initiative.
Dr Dikko is pleased that PiCNG has committed to deploying CNG conversion kits, CNG-powered tricycles and buses, mobile filling stations, and ensuring seamless CNG supply for Katsina. This partnership will not only make transportation cheaper and cleaner but will also create jobs and enhance energy security in our state.
Together, they are determined to make Katsina a model for clean and sustainable energy in Northern Nigeria, in alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
