The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi has received a formal endorsement from Abaji Igbo Community in a show of solidarity and confidence in his leadership.

The endorsement was led by Honourable Chinedu Obika, Member representing Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) and Bwari at the National Assembly, alongside leaders and members of the Igbo community in Abaji.

Speaking at the event, The Executive Chairman described the occasion as a blessed and special day for the Ndi-Igbo in Abaji Area Council and for himself personally. He reassured the community that all commitments made by Honourable Chinedu Obika would be fully honored, stressing his administration’s dedication to inclusive governance.

Hon. Abubakar Umar Abdullahi further highlighted that his government has consistently carried the Igbo community along, including appointing qualified members of the community into political positions within the council. He expressed deep appreciation to Honourable Chinedu Obika and his delegation for visiting Abaji to campaign and for officially presenting decampees from Labour Party to APC, including Alhaji Isah, the Labour Party Local Government Chairman, among others.

Furthermore, Mr. Ekene Shinewell assured the Executive Chairman of the unwavering support of the Abaji Igbo Community, pledging that the community would turn out in mass to cast their votes to APC by the grace of God.
