My Journey
I was born in Enugu to parents who hailed from Ekwuoke Umuekwune in Ngor/Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State. My early years were spent in Imo State, where I began my education before setting my sights on Lagos in pursuit of greater opportunities. While many sought greener pastures abroad, I made a conscious decision to stay in Nigeria and contribute to the growth of my country’s economy.

From Construction to Logistics
My journey into the business world began in the construction industry, where I found success. However, I saw a greater opportunity in freight and logistics, a sector that was vital yet underdeveloped. This vision led me to establish SWISSDARL Freight & Logistics LTD, a company that quickly gained traction and positioned itself as a key player in the industry.
For the first five years, SWISSDARL experienced a smooth rise, gaining the trust and investment of numerous Indian companies that believed in our vision and mission. Their support fueled our growth and strengthened our resolve to excel.

Challenges and Triumphs
Despite our early success, securing financial support was not easy. I approached two Nigerian banks for loans to expand our operations, but their focus was solely on collateral. Since I could not meet their stringent requirements, my loan applications were denied. It was clear that not many people recognized the potential of freight and logistics as a worthy investment.
Undeterred, I pressed on. I acquired No. 28 Western Avenue, Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos, and transformed it into SWISSDARL TOWER, our official headquarters. The unveiling of this landmark on June 17, 2023, marked a significant milestone, proving that determination and belief in one’s vision could yield remarkable results. With twenty branches nationwide and a growing client base that believed in our operations, our expansion continued against all odds.

A Strong Faith in Nigeria’s Economy
I have always believed in the potential of the Nigerian economy, and SWISSDARL is my contribution to national development. My commitment to excellence in business was evident to all, including notable figures like Bishop Osaretin Ben-Naigbe and Patrick Chibueze, Chairman of BOZAC Group, who visited SWISSDARL TOWER in June 2023. Their admiration for what we had built reinforced the impact of our work. Mr. Chibueze, after a thorough tour and assessment, expressed confidence in our growth, affirming that success was inevitable.

Recognition and Awards
My efforts in shaping the logistics industry and contributing to Nigeria’s economic growth did not go unnoticed. In 2023, I was honored with the “ICON OF SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT” award by the National Association of Northern Nigeria Students (NANNS). This recognition further affirmed my belief that SWISSDARL was more than just a business, it was a passion-driven contribution to national development.

The Road Ahead
Having built one of the most outstanding indigenous freight and logistics companies in Africa, I have no intention of slowing down. My social media updates reflect my active involvement in the day-to-day running of SWISSDARL, ensuring that our vision of growth and excellence continues to manifest.
Our clients, management, staff, and loyal supporters expect SWISSDARL to expand even further, and I am committed to leading that charge. The larger picture of our expansion signifies more than just business success, it represents job creation, economic empowerment, and socio-economic development for Nigeria.

My story is proof that with vision, perseverance, and unwavering belief, anything is possible. The journey continues.
