Hon. Sola Olofin, Chairman of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Management Board, attended the 2025 Safe Workplace Intervention Program (SWIP) organized by the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) at its headquarters in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. He delivered impactful remarks at the just-concluded programme, underscoring NSITF’s commitment to workplace safety and employee welfare.

The programme was graced by the Honourable Minister of Labour and Employment, Alhaji Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi; the Honourable Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Hon. Barr. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha; the Chairman of NSITF, Hon. Sola Olofin; and the Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, alongside other key stakeholders.

Discussions at the event reinforced the strategic importance of SWIP in advancing occupational safety and health (OSH) compliance, strengthening workplace protection, and promoting sustainable labour practices across Nigeria.
