Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi, Director-General/Chief Executive Officer of the Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development (MBNCWD), is set to commission the Waves Multimedia Studio Media Hub in Abuja on September 4, 2026.

The commissioning marks a significant milestone for Waves Multimedia as it unveils a modern media hub designed to support professional podcasting, interviews, creative content production and meaningful conversations that connect people, ideas and brands.

The event, scheduled for 2:00 p.m. in Wuye, Abuja, will bring together distinguished guests, media professionals, entrepreneurs, public figures and stakeholders from different sectors.

Dr. Benjamins-Laniyi’s role as the commissioning official further highlights the importance of the new media platform and its potential to contribute to Nigeria’s growing creative and digital media ecosystem.
